Hi There

I am thinking of buying cheap house on a buy to let process on say £110 k house , is min deposit 25K and does anuyone know the best bank or build society to approach?

The products are to a minimum deposit of 20% better if you have 25% the rent has to stack up based on a payrate of 5.99% and you are likely to have an arrangement fee of at least 2.5% valuation fee of £365 and sols fees, oh although owned by the high street lenders the products you are looking for are available via a broker offering whole of market advice. With a 25% deposit there are rates available from 3.39% with a 3% fee. As the last poster mentined this is from a Broker Only lender.
