Even though the mortgage is basically non reg, most networks and the fsa would need you to have some kind of proof of income on file, for that reason, I'm OUT.I am a Mortgage Advisor. Traditional BTL mortgages are not regulated.
The Mortgage Works under BTL don't ask for any proof of income.
