hi i am on income support as a lone parent and get my benefit paid directly into my bank account which is £350 overdrawn which i got the overdraft when i was working so now i am no longer working i am getting charged £15 a month i know it doesnt sound alot but it is alot to me when i am a lone parent as i dont have much to live on with 2 children both aged under 3. so my main question is will i be able to ring them up to ask them to pay back the money what i have been charged as this is my benefit money and i cannot afford the charges every time?
