Received a reply from Airfix today. They reckon the courier has let them down, and are sending a replacement out.

Mine arrived, I only sent for it on 28th. I didn't actually look at it much myself bit I gave it as a present to an over-50 who used to play with airfix in childhood and they were totally delighted with it, so it seems to be a good one.0
