Concrete info on changes to right to buy?

I just wondered if anyone had heard more certain info on the changes to right to buy? Like the % discount available ad the caps they set for example, thank you

    As this is a Party Conference matter only discussed this week, and assuming it requires a vote, it's unlikely to reach Green Paper stage before Christmas. I would imagine at lease a year before any changes take effect, unless it can be done under existing legislation?
