If you say you want to print the coupon on the next page at the bottom it says 'don't have a printer' press that and it will ask you to fill your name and address details in so that they can send it to you

Apparently you can use the coupons in Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Co-op. Printed mine (one with my email, one with other half's), didn't notice the post option. Thanks OP!
