    i ordered some and after trying numerous times to access my account, that was required to do before you check out, and 3 email to customer services with no reply i opened a dispute with Paypal

    luckily enough i did pay through paypal because i had no luck trying to contact them as to if i was to received my order and if not full refund

    today i got a full refund with no explanation in the reason box

    i understand that they are prob annoyed that this error occured but i would never order from them again as there customer service is shocking!!
