I would like - A TV that floats!

Its not as daft as it sounds!
But does anyone have any idea of where I can get a TV thats inflatable/floats??? Tried Google without luck.
Basically, my father moved to Spain and my Grandparents are going too. They are having a house built on Dads estate, and Granddads only stipulation is that there is a TV point outside on the veranda - so he can wheel out the TV.
I would like to go one further and suggests he has a portable (battery) TV that floats for the pool. (I want to move to Spain too!)
So a good priced one, more for the joke factor, would be great if anyone had any ideas.
Or it will just be a 7" with batteries on a lilo at this rate!
