Did anyone here take up the Groupon offer for a Philips 3D Blu-Ray DVD Player @ £99 as shown here http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/national-deal/outlet-zone/869483

If yes, has anyone received their purchase yet? I redeemed my voucher on 19 September and still have not received my purchase. The company supplying is not replying to emails, and there is no phone number available.

What next should I try?

I'd contact groupon and ask for a refund, then buy a panasonic player for £101 from Amazon. You can get Star Wars trilogy for free and there's an update available to make it multi region blu/dvd

same for me no answer to emails think we all have been scamed,
hearing more and more bad things about groupon,
paid by credit card what next martin :money:

On a similar thing, I bought a carpet cleaning package from KGB. Booked them to come and clean my carpet, nobody turned up, telephone number unobtainable. Contacted KGB who apologised and promised a refund. Took two months to get the refund from them - they said, they had paid it and I had to send copy statements and all sorts. All for a tenner!

phoned up groupon on tuesday asked them to sort it
and wahay received mine to-day.:beer:
phone lines say say 9-5
but they answered mine at 8.40am

The Panasonic now has a firmware update that makes the Panasonic market place available and there's some awesome stuff you can do with the player now - best buy EVER

It's noted in the small print of the deal that it may take up to three weeks for delivery.

I also ordered mine on 19th September and it arrived yesterday delivered by city link couriers, I didn't get any emails or telephone notification that it was going to be delivered, I would wait until 10th October (3weeks after you placed the order) and if you haven't received it, then I would contact Groupon, I don't think they'll do anything until you wait the three weeks.
