M4 increases?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-15166108

This time it will be down to the weather...

So, do we read the likelihood of an increase in M4 or consumer spending for september/october?

A bank run using cash machines?
I would have thought it would be quicker to get your life savings out over the counter than over days using cash machines. It would take me well over a 3rd of a year to get all of mine out.

Last really nice weekend of the year and we all knew that.
Blatent really, I went out on Saturday and it was heaving for October.

But lest we forget, we're talking about the time around payday/the end of the month, so not massively suprising.
