i'm presuming this will only continue to work in the stores the original glitch was working in, although i suppose going by the jelly glitch anything is possible

  • Hello there,
I tested the sweet chilli ones yesterday to see if the glitch was still working and it didn't work, went through at £1.74 for 2 bags. Just thought I'd let you know, maybe it's this specific flavour that doesn't work? This was at a Tesco that I got the glitch in before. (lincoln uphill)

Don't you reckon with all these glitches someone needs to be sacked from the appropriate department? :rotfl:

I mean pardon me if I'm wrong but it seems to be T 'glitch galore' over the past few months whereas a year or 2 ago I wasn't aware on MSE of all these numerous T glitches happening...

Surely they've cottoned on to who's to blame for all this 'finger slipping'

I know its a different industry entirely but I used to work for the Passport Office and tbh our work was checked METICULOUSLY and if there WAS a mistake there would be hell to pay because it was so important & if you kept making mistakes you would be sacked as it is such an important department

But surely T are losing HEAPS of money with these glitches which surely THEY BECOME AWARE OF so why not go back to the source of the glitch triggers / triggerers and sort it out in their IT dept or whatever! :p

"The Glitch" is the marketing technique of the 21st century. IMHO it is not a coincidence that during the ression two companies to make record profits were Tesco & Boots, two of the most prolific 'glitch' companies. I sometimes go in for a glitch, which they dont have, and walk away spending £20 that i would not have otherwise spent.

    Just my opinion though :D:D

Couldnt agree more. Just look at this forum now, the word Tesco / Mr T's, its all over the place.

The guys in Marketing deserve a pay rise, excellent job.

Hugh display in my store big Boggof sign , picked up a sweet chillie and somthing else , got charged full price for both so went to CS and was told , boggof not on all flavours , I told her how misleading it was and asked for a refund .
Never pay more than you have too
  • I best not tell DD about it now as she won't be too pleased if she gets charged full price @ the tills after I told her they were pence each! lol

I don't go in just for glitches as yes its a wasted trip if it doesn't work but DD has a T just across the road from her whereas mines a bus ride away so don't bother unless there are some things I want to pick up or have working coupons for ;);)

Popping to my local Sainsburys today which is walking distance for my free Walkers crisps , free Alpetina , don't know if I can get 1 more Campbells soup , Birds eye fish fingers 75p off coupon , 50p off Aunt Bessies & McCain coupon & my first Sacla sauce!!!

Have reserved some items for instore pickup too , so only do a trip when 'neccessary'!! ;)
