Any Ideas?

Hi guys, I am new to the forum and I've been struggling with something for a while and I can't see how to overcome it so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?
This is currently what I have coming in and out, as you can see, things are pretty tight, what can I do to improve this?
Incoming, this is an average over the last 12 months, it is variable
£1460
Outgoing, this is for a typical month
£1325
rent 600
gas 30
water 20
sewage 20
council tax 100
electric 30
tv licence 15
sky tv 25
vodafone 35
three dongle 30
tesco loan 240
petrol 80
food 100
I tend to find after one abnormality, like last month I needed a new car exhaust, I end up overdrawn.
I don't think I am bad with money (anymore) but it seems my past with credit/store cards (now consolidated to the loan) has left me up the creek as it where...
It seems the only way to improve the situation may be to earn more, are there time friendly ways to increase income at all?

What is your credit rating like? And how much is te loan for? Could you get a long 0% on purchases credit card to buy all your food, petrol etc on, and use the free cash to throw at your loan. Maybe a full SOA woud help so people know how many there are of you in the household etcI seldom end up where I wanted to go, but almost always end up where I need to be0

Do you need a dongle and Sky. Given things are tight I'd think very seriously about this. Cancel them and maybe reward yourself with one or the other in future if you start earning more money.
