Question regarding Charging Order

A bank obtained a chargeing order on my home around eleven years ago, for a debt of about £12,000. I have not heard enything from them or paid them anything since. I am fairly certain I received nothing from the Land Registry regarding the Charge.
1) Will the bank be able to charge interest if I sell my home?
2) The Limitations Statute on property is twelve years I believe, does The Land Registry hold the charge after this period?
I am not trying to renaige on the outstanding debt, but would like some indication of what I may have to eventually pay.
Regards and thanks

there is no limitation as such for court decisions..
you could check with the land registry to see whether or not the charge is registered

As far as I can recall, they cannot charge you anymore than the amount registered on judgement.0

sorry forgot the bit about how much,
they are allowed to add the statutory 8% per year so after 11 years a 12,000 debt would now be about 28,0000 -
Thanks both:beer: Difference of opinion

I have managed to find the ccj and it states clearly interest at 8% until payment or judgment.0
