Hughs River cottage squash recipe?

Can anyone help me? I've googled and looked in the river cottage book I have and I can not find what I am looking for! I have a box of different squashes from my veg box company and I am dying to try a recipe I remember seeing on River Cottage. Hugh did a soup and served it in the squash as an easy lunch time recipe. I think he used 2 types of squash. I seem to remember he microwaved them???
