Hi all,
I wanted to do a "weekend away" hamper for my OH for valentines day, and I am going to book a hotel for us, print that off and put it into a envelope in the hamper, and I wanted some other bits for it, so far thought of
- minature bottle of champagne
- Chocoalates
- Massage oil
now im bit stuck for inspiration, anyone got any ideas of what I coudl put in it? Or also what I could use as the hamper?

you could make him a little book of promises0

Lakeland do hibiscus flowers in syrup, they open up when you put them in champagne, they really look special.

Ah that is a lovely idea!
What about nice bubble bath/oil.
Have you thought about what you are doing for dinner - maybe a voucher for room service or a meal out?

scented candles/some new undies/romantic CD - all things that you can take with you and then use at home as well.0

You should also pack a digital/disposable camera so that you can capture your memories!
Depending on the type of weekend you could make him a little cheque book of promises which could be cashed anytime. Get a book of poetry and read to him on the way to your hotel. Record all of your favourite music onto a CD/MP3 player and make sure you take it with you so you can play it whilst you enjoy your weekend - he can then have it in his car and it's a constant reminder!
You could leave messages/clues all over the hotel room on heart shaped post
it notes.
I would do a breakfast in bed and give him clues one by one as to where/when etc
Hope this helps!
Have fun anyway - I am sure you will.

ring the hotel & ask what they can do to help with the surprise - I ordered a half bottle of champagne for my fiance's 40th birthday breakfast at our hotel in the Lakes.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇
