change of employer,will it it effect my maternity pay?

Hi,am crrently working 10 hours a week earning £63 a week,am due to have 3rd child in june and know i wont get sat mat pay,as do not earn enough but was told i could claim maternity allowance,however even though i will still be working for the same boss the company is changing names at the end of thisa month and now worried that this will effect my maternity allowance,
can any one advise please
