Littlewoods.com Balance clearing issues

Hi there
Hope this is the right place to post this...
I want to clear my littlewoods account and called them today, sadly it's proving to be more difficult than I thought, I spoke to two advisors today and got two totals from them that differed greatly.
Looking at my latest account statement on page 1, I have a Summary total of £851.76 (which is the shopping account total -see below- and the extended terms total combined - see below also-, i get that much)
At the end of this month (Listed on page 2) the free payment period for a buy now pay later item I bought for £599.99 kicks in with this will incur interest of £410.44 (But I am in a position to clear this before that interestkicks in)
On page 3 of my statement it says my new shopping account total is £270.58
and finally on page 4 of the statement is says my extended terms summary total is £581.18
Now I am unclear as to what my total is to be honest, as I said I was given vastly differing amounts by their customer service team, Also if I clear this account long before it's due to be cleared should I not get a substantial discount on the interest payments as it will be paid off long before it was due to be?
I am a complete novice at these things and their bills are quite confusing. They are saying I would need to pay close to £2,000 to clear the account, whereas I thought it was roughly around the £1,300 mark, which i could probably have cleared.
I just don't understand what i need to pay, what i should not have to pay, any early payment discount and anything else.
I also have to add that after being on the phone to littlewoods trying to sort this out for over 30minutes i got nowhere and had to deal with a customer service agent who was beyond rude and no help at all.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
