Really? Where is your evidence for this?
I suspect that if my job were to be at risk, my focus would be everywhere except my job. I'd be looking for alternative employment, tweaking my CV, thinking of options, and generally not giving a stuff about my employer, especially if they had mis-managed whatever it was that led to me becoming at risk.It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
I still tend to see things from the employers side. If we needed to get rid of a few people, the higher performers tended to have the most security.
Seems pretty simple to me.0
