Mortgage...best one out there???

Hi

We have a property we are selling for £185,000.:j

If we sell our current propery and purchase another at the price we anticipate, we would be looking to have a mortgage for £65,000/£70,000, instead of the current £100,000 we have at the moment.

I earn £25,000 a year and my husband earns £40,000 a year.

Could anyone give me some advice on good fixed mortages out there?

Can anyone recommend an independant mortgage advisor?

Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks

We need to know how long you want to fix for and roughly where you're located.

Chances are, you'll be better off avoiding products with high fees and keen rates, in favour of slightly higher rates and lower, or even no fees.
