ASDA game pre-order service is rubbish

Not sure I have put this in the right place but I wanted to warn other parents about the useless service I have received from ASDA with their game pre-order service. This has resulted in me having to listen to my teenage son moaning and grunting all weekend even more then normal.
I pre-orderd his FIFA 12 special edition on Tuesday from ASDA for £34.97 for guaranteed delivery on Friday. By Friday at 5pm I could take the huffing no more and phoned ASDA direct to see where it was. I was told it was definately coming and it would be with me by 7pm. 8pm still no game so called again to be told they couldn't do anything as the courier they use was now closed but they had esculated my complaint and someone would call me back Monday.
Surprise surprise no one bothered to call me back so called again at 11.30am to be told the reason I hadn't got it was because they had run out - what a joke - the whole point of preordering is surely that ASDA know how many they will need to order in to meet these orders.
I just went to the local ASDA and had to pay £4 more for the standard edition game.
It is now so hard to find an email to make any complaint to ASDA direct as they just give you the customer service phone number and all I got was sorry we understand your frustration but it is out of stock URGH!!!
BEWARE parents do not preorder games from ASDA a whole weekend listening to a 13 year old moaning is not worth the couple of pound you may save over a more reliable pre-order provider.

Complain to the CEO andy.clarke@asda.co.uk I think it is (please google and check first), groceries massively mucked up my order a few weeks ago and I had a phone call within an hour when I emailed the above (I emailed to say how helpful the customer service people had been as opposed to the store the shopping had come from). Sometimes it's good for those in charge to hear things direct, I imagine a lot of issues get filtered out of the way before they reach the people who could really do something about it!0
