Hi there,
A friend gave me a great idea for a Christmas present for my folks & in-laws, she suggested making up a wine box by buying a bottle of wine each week with my weekly shop & putting aside - fab, just wondering if anyone has any ideas of other things to include, I was thinking maybe a couple of wine glasses & a bottle stopper anything else ??
many thanks

Thats a great idea, how about adding a book about wine tasting?? or those little wine glass charms you can get, if you're feeling creative maybe you could try making some yourself?
Buy a couple of wine glasses and a kit of cheap glass paints and make them personalised by adding pics of their favourite things/hobbies
Or my fave, make up a little mulled wine kit perfect for long winter nights!
Just a few ideas there sure I'll think of a few more!
Wins in 2011 - Babymouse born in Jan weighing 10lb2.5oz! :jMake £5 a day in Oct challenge = £145.01/£1550 -
How about closer to the time making up a small cheeseboard to go with it as well.
M & S do a really nice one in the dine in for £10 offer and its already boxed
plus you could either make or buy some chutney or chilli jam to go with the cheese.0 -
Corkscrew, foil cutter (we've got one of these & it's so useful). Wine cooler & wine warmer. Wine stoppers which seal the bottle to keep the wine fresh. Drip catcher. You could try to get a red, white & rose wine all from the same country.0
