First Time Buyer Mortgage

I live in Plymouth, there are lots of properties of around 90000 around here. however to get the property i actually want i may have to to go bit higher but nothing more than 100,000.

Just an update of sort: my credit score has gone upto 770 (fair) from 670 over night. i am just wondering how important is credit score? is it work waiting until my score gets upto say 900?
