I've just used that link in a fresh browser which has never been to Ancestry.com before and it worked fine, went straight to the WD package at $155.40. Perhaps you're logged in ? If so log out or re-register and clear your cookies for that site.

Ditto, never had anything but excellent customer service. The 0800 number puts you through to the call centre in USA, the people I have spoken to are polite, efficient, speak (American) english and follow up immediately with an email.0
