Still being hassled, and now threatened

Hi guys,
I've had YET ANOTHER text from 'CSL' regarding my Barclays loans. I told them last week that I wasn't going to do anything until the court case has finished. They agreed and I wasn't supposed to hear from them for a month or so.
Now they're telling me they want a token payment, and that it's now gone to a 'doorstep agency' called 'power to collect' (I doubt they do). They guy was quite rude, and basically told me I wouldn't have been told it was on hold, they 'can't do that'.
I reckon it's all rubbish, and I'm sick of fielding calls at home, work and texts from these people. Now if I wasn't a savvy MSE'er I'd probably have got nervous about this 'doorstep agency', but there's no CCJ, no court judgement etc on this matter, so as far as I'm aware they can't enformce it at this point.
Any comments guys? Considfering the matter was only referred to them at the start of January they're keen, aren't they?

tell them you wont be contacted by phone, go for letter only theres templates around to this effect.
if they persist call the FSA
they are just trying to get the money.
is the court case to do with your bank charges? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

It is inseed. They reckon that as I'm not disputing the loans, then I should pay up. I'm in the middle of drafting a letter to them telling them to deal with me exclusively by letter, and any further trespass on my time before the court case is settled will result in a £50 charge. I already told them this, as I'm planning on using the charges to reduce the balance, then negotiate getting the interest frozen. It's annoying having to stop serving customers to pick up the phone to these people. This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

Would it stop the hassle if you sent a £1 token payment. I know its not what you want but maybe the just want you to show willing. Hope it gets sorted soon.Barclaycard 3800
