Can anyone tell me how to add a Notice of Correction to my credit report? I've found loads of info on what to write, but nothing to tell me how to actually get it put on my credit report.

Depends which agency you want to add it to. For experian (creditexpert) its detailed here http://www.experian.co.uk/consumer/faq/AR5.html#q555 And they also have a link to the contact details for the other 2 on that page.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
