hi can some help me, i dont know which way to turn ,in debt due to benefits coming in stopped,lltsb personal loan and overdraft to pay back,also credit card.been to cab they said my only way out was to go bankrupt.
any help on this, :eek:

3. Or do you have disabilities which mean you are unable to work
4. Do you own property or are you renting
5. Why have the benefits stopped
6. Will they be getting re-instated

Hey Pisces, try not to panic,
Get professional advice have you spoken to CCCS at all?
They may have a different solution to bankruptcy.

DO NOT use any of the credit companies on the TV who claim to reduce your payments and wipe off debt!
