Good value men's leather shoe shops?

Where can you buy good value men's leather shoes in the Belfast/County Antrim area?
I have visited a few economy shoe chain store branches, but most of the shoes they sell are plastic with only a choice of one or two styles of leather shoes. Same with Tescos.
Clarkes outlet store at Junction One in Antrim used to do some very cut-price good quality shoes, but their prices seem to have gone up in recent years.
Any suggested shops would be very welcome.

DH buys all his shoes from TK Maxx nowdays.
It is a question of going in weekly but he has managed to pick up some very stylish hand stitched leather shoes for less then £500 -

Thanks, but I was thinking more on the line of £20 to £30.
All the shops seem to be either expensive (£40 to £100's) or else ultra cheap selling plastic shoes (£10 to £20). There seems to none that sell shoes with a wide range of prices anymore.
The worse thing is that the expensive shops have salesmen who sort of pounch on you and bring you all the expensive shoes and when you ask to look at the cheaper ones, they all of a sudden treat you like you have just home from the homeless shelter.0 -
You will only get plastic in your price range.0

Dont be put off by Tk Maxx, good shoes can be found for £30, you just have to go in every-time you pass. DH likes "designer", I do cheap so TK does for us both. I got some lovely leather pumps myself in the summer reduced to £11 - from £65
Leather shoes are expensive but DH would only buy one pair a year ( I think he has four pairs of shoes to his name) and he looks after them getting them soled and healed when needed0 -

You can get leather for £17 and upwards but the range is so limited. I looked in Tescos and a couple of the budget shoe shop chains at the weekend and none had any more than only a couple of styles with thin hard soles.
A couple of years ago I got two pairs of very comfortable good quality leather shoes from Clarkes at Junction One for £10 each. Maybe that spoiled me!0 -
M&S at Jct One is also worth a look if passing - as is the ASDA0

If you are a size 8 or below (just not sure if they sell bigger) then Clarkes boys school shoes (for 14/15 year olds) are identical to mens shoes in the style my son was after this year. Plain black slip on but dressy, and about £20 cheaper than the mens shoes as he tried both on. Just an idea0

I am size 10. They are cheaper because childrens clothes and shoes are VAT exempt. Even if I was size 8 I would not like to pretend to be age 14. The grey hairs might be a possible give away!!. But thanks for the suggestion.0
