Hi Guys

Just been reading through some other threads on here and I have so say I am shocked and appalled by the way these debt collection agency staff treat others..... and bailiffs for that matter too (used to live in a house share with 3 of them)

I mean I know that they have a job to do..... but for goodness sake there are other ways. There is no need to go straight in with guns blazing and being really threatening.

Would it not be better to try and help find an acceptable solution for people who find themselves in these situations...... Lets face it I really don't think that any of us PLANNED to get into too much debt and we all have our reasons for ending up in the mess we find ourselves in.

Sending hugs to all of you out there who's lives are being made hell by these people especially those who have been victim to them just because you have a similar name/address or now live at the address where debts were left behind.

  • Couldn't agree more silkglade - when I was in debt I was a total wreak.... dreaded answering the phone, door etc.

There is a big difference in being "firm" and "nasty" and most don't seem to realise this.
