Mortgage Express discount redemption

Has anyone been offered a discount by Mortgage Express yet?
I have been on BOE+1.75%=2.25% for over two and a half years now.
Other BTL lenders strapped for cash seem to offer discount if you redeem or transfer away, but I haven't heard a thing. All they say is they will help me find an alternative lender if I want to move. Well, for a 30% discount on mortgage balance I would.
Maybe the cost of money is such that they are breaking even?
Come on, offer me 30% off, and George Osborne can have some cash to fill his deficit.
