Cash for Fabric?

I have lots and lots of spare fabric scraps, left over from when I ran a curtain shop - some are bigger than others and lots are made into little display curtains.
I was wondering if there was anyone like a 'rag man' who would buy fabric by the kilo that is not clothes.
Many Thanks

A portacabin for Enviroclothes has appeared in my local Sainsbury's car park. They sound like they might be what you're looking for if you're in the right bit of "Up North"?
