well, depending on outgoings etc, you might expect an income like that to generate an IPA of about £500pm, so over 3 years that might be £18,000 that may have been put beyond the bankruptcy, compare that to other things, so for instance if you used fraud to obtain £18,000 of loans what would you get, or perhaps £18,000 of benefit fraud what would you get for that.
Just speculation, but just trying to compare it
I don't follow that, his declared income was over £58.5k lower than his actual income (no reason for his approved expenses to have increased much just because his income had) so almost all of the undeclared income could have been taken under the rules now in place and even at the time he was doing it he still would have to have paid somewhere close to £30k?0 -
He new what he was doing, you are either working or not, so I have no sympathy for him he lied and got caught simple. The honest people on this board who find themselves BR follow the rules, it is people like him who give us a bad name. His earnings if they went through PAYE would have highlighted a problem and if he was claiming benefits as an unemployed person then that is worse and maybe just maybe that is how they found out. i followed all the rules whilst BR, provided all the answers to all the questions asked, just goes to show you tell a lie and you get caught, he knew the risk sorryIf you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j0
