Teletech - interview on monday -help needed

I've accepted an interview on monday via phone and online but just wondering if this is a good company to work for from home and also what to expect from them and in the interview.

Yep great company, excellent benefits, fortnightly pay.

The interview will be a group interview, rather simple to get through, they will tell you about the company, what they expect from you, what you will be doing, but depends on whether the interviewer is from the US, they sort of get confused with the job, it's basically call centre work, but not boring, as you deal with technical, billing, upgrades and so on.

They are very strict on the requirements, you have to have a quiet place to work, have to be reliable and have to be good with people.
