How long normally to get wins

Hi all a bit of a silly one really, i won a couple of prizes mid sept and have not recieved them yet?

how long normally would you wait for a prize before contacting the company concerned as i dont want to appear pushy lol.

Normally arrive within 28 days so I would contact them after this time if not received x

Thankyou just wondered as the post round here in surrey is never that good the amount of mail i have had be delivered to a completly different road lol

I usually leave it about 8 weeks before I enquire . This seems a long time to wait but I emailed someone today about a comp win from July. They replied to say the person dealing with it had left and that the new person hadn't got round to it yet!!

But normally it's anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Which reminds me, the playtents from the August cheese comp should be arriving any time soon.

I always wait 28 days before emailing. This has always worked for me and I usually get an apology and the prize delivered within a day or two.
