  • I am looking for IPOD too - just a basic one though - does anyone know where I can find a cheap one please
  • Keep an eye on the apple uk site - they do some great deals on refurbs. I've bought loads for family etc from here and they were all in mint condition.

They don't have any 30GB's on but have lots of the 'smaller' capacity ones.

The US site does have 30GB ones but not sure if you can get shipped to UK ?

I bought my 30GB from reporo via my mobile phone - it was £135 but they unfortunately don't have a similar deal on at the moment.

Good luck getting a bargain !!

I bought mine at Argos for £189 and than added insurance for 3 years for an extra £30 - every time it breaks they will replace it.
    Nice to save.

If it's 'about to die' because the battery is no longer charging then worth thinking about replacing the battery yourself. ...after 3+ years replaced mine a year ago (with battery from ebay)Cost under a tenner and been just fine since.
