            My understanding is that, under the terms of a subject access request, any "subject" can request a copy of the entire file relating to the debt.
 The MAXIMUM they are allowed to charge under the Data Protection Act is £10, they do not have to charge anything at all.
 So if you request copy statements they can have a policy whereby they charge you per statement.
 If you send a subject access request - detailed in a previous post - they must send the entire file.
