Having Tourble Paying Back Bank Loan - Advice
Hey all!
OK, I have 1 large debt left before I am debt free (other than 2 credit cards which I still use and therefore pay with no problem).
I took out a loan with the Bank of Ireland when I was living over in Dublin a few years back and I am having trouble paying it back without gathering tons of interest and not actually getting anywhere! Obviously if I had larger payments to make then the interest wouldn't really make as much of a problem as it is now (would it?).
I also have 2 bank accounts with them and I use one of these, via PayPal to pay my loan back as I am now in the UK and it's the easiest way for me to pay them without getting involved in sending cheques or transfers and getting charged through the nose for the privilege of changing currencies!
Anyway, my basic question is this:
Is there any way to make a significant dent in this loan repayment without closing my other 2 accounts at all?
Hope I've made sense!
Thanks in advance!

Can you get a loan here in UK to pay the Irish loan off?
Without actual figures it is difficult to advise further.0 -
