Last time I asked about postage, as I am nowhere near either of these stores. This is the reply I got:

Thanks for your email regarding our Lego Promotion.

If you are unable to redeem your token because you do not have a local participating store please send it to us including your name and address and please state that you do not have a local WH Smith or ToysRUs.

YOU MUST ONLY ENCLOSE ONE VOUCHER IN EACH ENVELOPE

The address to send the token to is:

    Lego Promotion
    Customer Services
    3 Thomas More Square
    London
    E98 1RL

Please write on the outside of the envelope which day's offer you are requesting, ie the day of the voucher that you have enclosed.

Please allow 28 days for delivery, toys are subject to availability and applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.

    Thanks again and kind regards.

    The Sun Customer Services Team

I haven't read the thread but i wondered how people on Ebay have them for sale before they are even out in the shops, the Harry Potter one is already on there for example, how is that possible, where do these people get them from so early,do they steal them

They don't have to actually have them when they list them . They may even be listing them early to see how many papers they need to buy on the day!

There doesn't seem to be a shortage - I noticed a lot of the ones from earlier in the week haven't sold!:rotfl:(the Lego speculators have caught a cold...)
  • My daughter really wanted the set on offer today. Bought my paper in Whsmith and produced my voucher to then be told they have no more sets available.
Could have told me that before buying a paper! Wouldn't refund money either!

Cut out the voucher and send it to the address quoted in post #102, you should hopefully receive one a few weeks later.

    Kharma works!
A colleague has been giving me her Lego vouchers (saves me buying 3 copies for three lads) & I rip out the vouchers in my copies & hand them on to toehr colleagues who want to read a paper. Another colleague gave me careful & spot on directions to a ToysRUs on a retail estate I had only heard of - where despite strict policies about One Per Customer, I was able to exchange 4 dated vouchers for 4 real packets.
Three very happy small boys & one left over for me! :j
No Gold Bricks, but lots of big smiles all round.

My Local WHSmiths is totally and utterly pants!

On Weds I wanted the Cars2 toy lego and was given the ninjago, then yesterday I was given the Cars2 toy instead of Harry potter!

So I've now got 2 ninjagos and No Harry Potter!:mad:

Would anybody be willing to swap a ninjago for the Saturday trolley HP? Ill give an SAE? Little boy is gutted and SA said 'Oh yeah sorry thats all weve got today! pah'. I would have kept the voucher but the SA refused to give it me back once I had the toy so cant even send off for it! what a crock of s***

A bit of topic, sorry, but wanted a little rant! I went to Toys R Us yesterday to get free toy and decided to have a look around whilst there. Was amazed to see that they were selling a free toy from previous promotion (a Ninjago one) for £4.99  what a cheek, surely they shouldn't be doing this!?!
