100% Mortgage?

Hi All,

I am looking for a 100% mortgage and found a site money.co.uk with the top 10 100% mortgage deals on. Are they legit?

I already own a flat, which is currently rented out and covers the mortgage and maintenance cost easily, but myself and my wife are living with parents and can't stay on for too much longer. By the look of things, those deals I would be eligible for, but just not sure.

Any advice would be gratefully received!

Whether you meet the requirements for a mortgage offered by any lender will depend on your circumstances and their underwriting criteria.

I'm not aware of any 100% deals for "normal" purchases. A handful of expensive 95% deals around.

Keep your credit file clean. Save up a deposit of at least 10% and take it from there.

Yeah, the deals I have seen say "Available for existing borrowers only". As I already have a mortgage, surely that means I count?

Only with your current lender. Who ever that may be.
