Soup-er chefs
Date: 5 October
Time: 11:00 - 14:00
Location: The Queens Walk, More London
Brigade is More London’s newest bar and bistro. To celebrate its opening, the first intake of apprentice chefs have invented a brand new soup recipe and you'll get the opportunity to taste it. Made with their own fair hands, using raw ingredients from Borough Market, the apprentices’ soup is the perfect antidote to the autumn blues...and best of all, it's FREE.
The apprentice chefs are the first group from the Beyond Food Foundation, which offers on-the-job training for people who have experienced homelessness. They’ll man the kitchens at Brigade, learning a trade and developing their passion for food.

They have choreographed these themselves – with the help of Create's professional dancers, Makiko Aoyama and Louise Dickson!
The two performances are the culmination of a six-week project run by creative arts charity, Create called More Creative, during which the participants are working together to create their own dances based on the theme of unity.
