  • If you register your GHD's on the GHD official website (using the codes on the hologram labels) it will register for the warranty. If they are not genuine it will not let you. I sadly bought the purple gift set last year which wasn't genuine :(
    Hope this helps!
  • Bought some last week for the missus. Box was not sealed but registered on GHD website no bother. Also they were deleivered in less than 48 hours.
    very pleased with service.

You can avoid rogue sellers by going on the GHD website and looking at their registered sellers.

My sister bought me them as a present.. i'll try and find out the website she got them from as I can't for the life of me remember!
The gift set with travel hairdryer was about £70 though... as as they say, if it seems too good to be true...!

Having said that, I kept them and they are still working fine.
    :)

Thanks for that, I was worried that perhaps the poster above had Amazon fakes, thought it unlikely but glad for the confirmation from you both.

And me. They had the hologram and everything but wouldn't let me register on the GHD website. They were an Xmas gift for my daughter but were broken by April. Any GHD repair service wouldn't touch them.
