Am answering you while the ads are on waiting for Downton Abbey to continue.

1/5 packet of any mince meat
    1 packet of 500g x 2 puff pastry
1 packet of sweet potatoes ( or you can use potatoes if you like)
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 tsp sugar
    salt to taste
2-3 tbsp of curry powder (depending on how spicy you want your puff to be)

peel & boil (sweet potatoes or potatoes) then mash & set aside

heat 3 tbsp of oil & stir fry onions till soft, add mince, add curry powder, sugar cook till the meat is cooked add salt to taste, add mashed spud & leave it to cool.

Cut half the 500g pastry & roll out , divide the filling into 4, scoop & spread it to the pastry & fold it into sausage roll, once you have all 4 rolls on the tray, cut the pastry according to the size your required, make a cross section on each piece & brush them with beaten egg.

Pre-heat oven 150, & bake for 30 minutes or till the pastry is brown.;);)

    Thank you Doc
will try it out this week- looks delish yum:)

I went to T's today and the SA said to me, where are you getting all these coupons from? she was astounded. I kept saying to her, I only buy the products that the vouchers are for, they are not vouchers for stuff I haven't bought.

then she asked if one was a photocopy, I said no, I just used black ink, as it saves on the colour one.
