Had my 1st ever APG queries! idiot cashier -

CA - hmm that can't be right "£20ish APG, I would have thought you have to spend at least £200 and not £60ish.

Me - What? you got to be kidding me! anyway, my receipt are legit & the stuff on the receipt are the stuff that I can get cheaper at Tesco.

CA - buzz CS - this lady has a receipt & APG of £20ish it that correct?

CS - I don't know, I got to check with office, CA - I am sorry about this he said to me

Me - You should have seen me - I was fuming!!! to say the least. The customer behind me also agreed with me when I said - in the first place you have my receipt & everything matches. What more do you want? you are wasting my time! That was because the CS was waiting for a phone call & he got the call and was told to accept it as long as the receipt matches the voucher. What an idiot!

Me told the CA - I should have gone to my regulars then I won't have this hassle!

This is the first time I have been asked why my voucher is so high:D

Anyway spend £50ish paid 32p APG back £20ish again;)

ps : just to make him jealous I gave him another biggy one £18ish he was shocked when the bill come to 32p:D and so was I to say the least.

I will hit the 2000 shillings next weekend with one of my mcain accounts. Has anyone gone for the amazon e- voucher? Just wondering if it comes through quite quickly. ( thanks to those here who alerted me to the mcains offer:beer:)

:rotfl: if you read the make £10 a day thread, no....... it took ages for vouchers to come through more than 6 weeks, people were complaining to them and all of a sudden they are coming through.

I think they got hit with a mass of redemptions they were not expecting


saying that before that, I was getting mine within 3 week but they were paper ones. They have to order the code from amazon.

Thanks Aesop. I'm not too bothered now as its too late for Christmas, but I am buying a kindle for my dad's 80th and I think I will actually buy a couple of books as well as loading a lot of free ones as well.

they must have caught up by now! so would say you should get it in time for xmas.

oh must do my spuds today. need to start a diary, keep forgetting what I need to do daily.

by the way..... do you do swagbucks? can point you in the right direction if you pm me they do amazon vouchers too!
