Went to tesco this morning and got trouted too.
Was told tesco don't accept internet coupons. I was trying to use 3 modern milk coupons and 2 utterley butterly
Told her the modern milk are tescos' own so that makes no sense does it. So she scanned the coupons. Then she told me to wait while someone from customer services came and checked the other two. Ten minutes later a Team leader comes and tells me I can use the coupons.
What a pain tesco are being at the moment.

does anyone understand sainsburys price check thing?
if I buy 4 t cans of John Smith at sainburys but on promotion 2 for £7
and at tesco £3 for 4 cans,
will sainsbobs match ts?
ie ts being £1.97 cheaper on 4s
http://supermarketspecialoffers.com/Search.aspx?Search=john%20smith&ctAll=1
see if it does pricematch tesco I can get 36 cans cheaper than £200 -
don't forget the asda price too A
it may have to be cheaper in both

found this
Our till system will calculate how much all the comparable branded products (Kellogg's, Ariel, Coca Cola etc) in your shop cost in total. It will then calculate how much exactly the same products would have cost in Asda and Tesco (using the prices listed on their websites) if you bought them on the same day.
If the products would have been cheaper in either Asda or Tesco we will give you a Coupon back for the difference at the end of your shop. If both Asda and Tesco would have been cheaper we will give you a Coupon for the difference between what you paid and the cheapest competitor. When our prices are cheaper than or the same as both Asda and Tesco, we will not give you a coupon for money off your shop.
We take into account comparable lines where Sainsbury's are both cheaper than Asda and Tesco and where Sainsbury's are more expensive than Asda and Tesco.need help please!
