I have never got into boots points before except for getting them from the parenting club. I could never get my head around the boots thread and it was so clicky, but I thought this could be worthwhile and reading your post it obv is. Reading the posts it says it will be going on for a few weeks. Is this usual and is it usually onthe same day? Do they give you extra points vouchers for next week then? Help and advice needed to maximise the offer please:D

I only really started collecting big last year and mainly from online but last year at one time I had £423.00 worth of points just before the sale my current balance now stands at £232.46 after the last event so getting really excitied abt tonight:j.

Best thing make a list of all the thing you need or want look at special offers think what you use you can stock up on like my example split them into £50 amts so if they giving out additional 500 pts vouchers you will gain more. All the shopping events tend to be WED or THURS even but not every week the last one was Oct HT now this week will probs do another towards end of Nov I thought they only did 3 last year but not absolutely positive. They also had a weekend promo but this was a seperate thing so didin't bother as this made more pts. eg say you want £100 worth of goods in total as there is going to be atleast 2 events (as people have been given a voucher for another event yesterday ) spend £50 you get £12 worth pts + voucher for next time then spend your next £50 on list you get £17 worth of pts. As I said I done really well with extra pts on line last year but they have changed that infact you have to spend £75 to get the same pts so unless a special code gives you more not worth it. Different areas to different days so you need to check your local and only normally in the larger stores. As I say only really got into it last year only look on the boots site now and then as don't have a lot of time. They also sometimes do these sort of events around easter worth looking out for

I will just add that we put away £50 each month for Christmass spend and thats what I use to pay for the expensive spends for the pts events which helps.

I subscribe to the thread, but only dip in and out, so will start reading properly to let you know what to do. but if you fb or pm me your vouchers, will try to help.

I know when the ACM was giving out 20% off shower gels, we could use them on sale products and I was getting loads for 34p and less :D this is how I have enough shampoo and shower gel to last for 12 months :D

IS, you know they have a 90% off sale at certain time of the year......

that is the time to get the kids to school and rush to your nearest boots.... I did it one year... and they had cancelled the sale....:rotfl: my boots is tiny and the SA knew why I was there... they did it the following week, so I went back again!

bought my family Soap and Glory bag sets, for £2.50 each :D worth a lot more than that ;) gave one to my sis in law for her birthday this year, she was over the moon!!!

so a case of getting to nearest biggest boots and be prepared for stampeding women and trolleys and fights and police and security guardS  that is why I went to my little on. got box of luxury biscuits for £1.
