Maybe Raven can make a 1,000 post a recipe for all my smoked haddock. I got loadsa yesterday on reduced and need to find something to do with it other than just boiling in milk. As much as I love it just boiled in milk with fresh bread and butter I think I may get sick of it like that after eating half of it there is so much. I have tried looking for a decent kedgeree recipe but none of them looked like the kedgereee my mother used to make:(

If its well smoked it freezes brilliantly allowing you to leave out small amounts at night so its ready for the Scrambled eggs and Philadelphia with the fish just flaked in and served on thick cut freshly toasted Tiger Bread with real butter . Yum



Although the kids usually say Oh Gawd, Dads sortin breakfast.:rotfl:
