I am disappointed with waitrose customer service, emailed them a week ago about being overcharged on coupon and not heard from them
at least Tatco took 5 people to contact me over one email! :rotfl:0 -

Always send email ending with your mailing address & expect the outcome in £££ don't wait till they ask for your address.RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

It took them 2 emails to sort out my prob & the outcome always in my favour. The last email from them - as a loyal customer here's £15:rotfl:

true. I was charged 95p each for 4 bottles of free milk, knew I should have gone to self service. the SA would have had to override but hopefully would have known what she was doing. trouble is have more coupons and they sell the full fat milk that DS has to have, no one else does. will do self service.0
