Think I'm on a lucky streak, had 5 wems from Anchor recently (1 cake tin already arrived) and then I won a ridiculous pair of shoes on 1st Nov - check these bad boys out

Now I like high heels and sparkly stuff, but even these are a bit high for me. Still, at least I will have the pram to hang onto whilst I navigate round the cobbles of my wee town. Also, after looking at the reviews it seems as though the age range of these is 16-18....... I am 40:rotfl::rotfl:
Are you supposed to wear the shoes or are they an ornamentCongratulations I think. If it was me and I could sell on ebay that would be where they would go;)
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Sadly they are just the sort of shoes I would go for over xmas - not that I am out partying every night! I think I will be hanging on to them (and also onto OH's arm when we go out!). Just need to win a spangly frock now0 -

had a bad day at Asda today. Bad news & good news:D
Did my usual shop post my shopping list tomorrow when the result come back as I was too lazy to do one today - so will see how much I get back after spending £40ish coupons. After paying me decided to have a curry night while the rest of me family having burger.
Bad news:-
Took a portion of vindaloo curry:A walking around to pay at SS till then saw some vegs reduced have a looky.. while bending down slightly me was holding the curry portion on the other hand somehow the curry was not sealed properly & it leaked out on my £200 coat:eek::eek: me was not happy - when to show the customer service - she went to get me baby wipes:rotfl::rotfl: wipe them off thought it was okay - went back to the car... hand on a minute me can smell curry on my black coat ... me went back in again ... telling them I am not happy & I want it dry clean by professional. She insisted she can't smell it, me said take a deep breath while you are smelling it she then said oh ya I can smell it now.
Good news :-
Call the manager... he said you go take your coat to dry clean shop & bill us:D
Me said ok but me don't know how much ... & he is guessing oh it won't cost a lot maybe £5 - £6 me said ok. When to the shop its £12 normal or £16 full clean - told the owner well Asda said £5-£6 he said Asda should know better as they have cleaned a lot for Asda customers:eek:. Me said okay me want £16.
So paid less than £5 shopping - me will be getting back APG as well as free dry clean coat :cool:RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

asking/venting this here, soz
am i wrong to be alittle put out by the thread started by discreet- supermarket pdfs.
basically they've copied/use the info from a post ( FIXED DATE)in coupon thread and started another thread , supposedly they are to hard to see in the 1 post on 1st page dispite being clearly marked.
its not so much me but the taking other peoples finds and no thanks being given to them in new thread.
and how confusing is it going to be if the few that use their thread start posting coupons there instead of coupon thread.0 -

I had a look at "discreet" thread. I think what he/she is doing it to minimise the 1st page of your thread. TBH, if I were to be the newbie, the 1st few pages of the thread it too much to take in. As an oldbie, we are used to it.
As a newbie, I would go to "discreet" thread for convenience.
Don't take it at heart. Maybe I should open a thread with BIS & SMM:D:D:D then everybody will have a feast looking for all the coupons:rotfl::rotfl: its up to you whether you would like to carry on or not or just let the thread lapse if its too much for you. Sooner or later you will give up me think.:oRIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0
