    :j my result came back

    TOTAL£ 36.78£ 25.00

    1 x CADBURY DREAM FINGERS 125G £ 1.79 £ 1.00
    1 x HEINZ BAKED BEANIN TOMATO SAUCE 415G X 6 PACK £ 3.49 £ 2.00
    3 x AIRWICK CRYSTALAIR LAVENDER £ 7.50 £ 6.00
    4 x FERRERO ROCHER 24 PIECES 300G BOX £ 24.00 £ 16.002

Now I don't feel so guilty after checking with my colleague (his daughter used to work for Tesco) that the poor girl will not get into trouble as Tesco allocated certain amount of losses on each till each day.

So me paid less than £2 & got back JTD £11ish:j

just been watching extreme couponing on V+, ok, she saved her grandma $500.xx but did she have to be so rude to her husband! And apart from that, surely after a while she doesn't need to buy stuff? I mean you need milk, bread and veg, and fruit, unless she has all that frozen too, but surely after a while you don't need to buy anymore?

    anyway, anyone buy herbal essences?

Does anyone know how easy it is to do BBC Good Food Show by train
ex how easy to get to venue from train station I have never been but received today as am a subscriber of Good Food a coupon to enter the subscriber lounge where can enjoy refreshments and seating. If I don't end up going would it be of use to anyone else here not sure how it would work if it only admits one as doesn't say
  • hi AH I've always done GFS by train in the past and it's a bit fiddly but not bad. You get into Brum New St then change to go to Brum Int & then it's a (covered) walk to the show. The trains to Brum Int are v regular but make sure you get a seat reservation between New St & your train station as it's always been heaving in my experience. The walk is at least 10 mins which is ok when you are going but NOT GOOD when you are returning if you are laden down with goodies & have not got a trolley with wheelies.
I wish I was going this year, just don't think I can figure it out unless I call in some massive favours!
