I am IN for October! I'm only starting now as I had a few INs this weekend - some needed (toothpaste, nail varnish remover) and some not needed just yet (haircare from the Superdrug beauty card offer - I have a back up shampoo and conditioner but this offer was too good to pass up!)
I want to get down to one item in use + one back-up. I also have a few items that I don't like much but I want to use up, mainly hair styling products.
I'm also including makeup - I really don't need any more as things take ages to use up!
I may post a stash list later if I have time.0 -
I'm in! Have been doing this challenge officially and unofficially for a while now and the stash is slowly coming down. I kind of need a new foundation though. Kind of because I do have some in my stash which I don't like all that much but am using up on normal days. My favourite Boots one is running low and I'm also tempted by some of the Clinique ones. May see if I can get a sample. I also have a Boots £5 off voucher so may have to use that. Temptation, temptation! I don't include any freebie ins, just things I have to pay for. Need to save desperately this month so fingers crossed.
Good luck ladies!Clothes challenge 2011 £254.08/£500!!!Toiletries challenge 2011 Trying!:j:T:j0 -
September totals: 14 UU and 5 INs- Total of 9UU, so yay I'm going in the right direction.
So already, one IN and one UU:
UU: Original Source Raspberry and Vanilla Milk shower gel. WIBA? Smells delicious!! Possibly yes.
IN: Dove Nourishing shower cream mini- Another lovely freebie from Dove! Very handy size for swimming/travelling etc.
Have a good day all.0 -
Count me in this month too please!
I actually bought zero beauty products last month, which is a first considering I'm almost always tempted by good new products I see.
However, I'm not so proud to admit that I spent the money on (a lot of) jewellery instead... I'm therefore declaring October my "no spend" month.

One UU to report: BS Born Lippy Raspberry Lip Balm: WIBA? No,I found it too sticky and not really moisturising.
Two ins: Two carmex tubs to replace my BS lip balm, it was half price in superdrug which was good as it's quite expensive for a small tub.0 -

Some were small, some were big and all of them are gone forever.
I can't believe how I EVER ended up with this many toiletries in the first place, but I am delighted they are gone. :T Don't get me wrong, I've had fun using them, but I will never, ever end up with so many toiletries again. Ever.
On a side note, I just visited a friend for the weekend who is about to move flats, and who had a clean-out of her bathroom cabinet. She gave me the following products as she didn't want to waste them (:o :rotfl:):
Origins (!) Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask
Origins A Perfect World Antioxidant Cleanser with White Tea (30ml*)
Modern Friction: Nature's Gentle Dermabrasion (30ml*)
Lancome Hypnose Mascara (full size)
Body Shop Camomile Eye Make-Up Remover
2 x Body Shop Shea Cocoa Butter Body Butters (50ml)
*: I think these were GWPs.
So I've got rid of loads, and accidentally inherited lots, but it's all far too nice stuff to waste.
Also, I have two sputterers, so I look forward to announcing their imminent journeys to the Great Beauty Counter in the Sky.
Keep using, ladies! I still have 3 months to go and intend them to be pampering and decluttering. Please call me 'Pickle'
