Found out today due to a phonecall to Northern Rock that the valuation has come back fine. Its with the under writers now. What else could possibly go wrong?

What else do they do, as our credit rating has already been checked, the affordability is fine compared to what we earn/outgoings etc, and the valuation is fine. I just want to know now, its over 2 weeks since the offer was accepted and im not good with waiting!0
